CARUMBA CUP
"The Carumba Cup is the rock on which the GBH GS was built and is the highlight of the GBH year. It is an annual matchplay event played over three days between the Gentleman and Boys teams, which follows the Ryder Cup format. There are 36 holes on the Friday (foursomes and fourballs), 18 on the Saturday (fourballs) and 18 on the Sunday (singles). The teams battle it out over top quality golf courses with little sleep and big hangovers in order to secure the replica Claret Jug for their team."
